Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations across multiple service departments.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor resource allocation and maintain accurate operational records.

Assist in scheduling, reporting, and quality control processes.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

2–3 years’ experience in operations or project coordination.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Oversee daily transport and logistics activities for clients and internal projects.

Manage drivers, schedules, and vehicle maintenance plans.

Coordinate timely delivery of goods and services.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in logistics or transport.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
