7. Limitation of Liability

RG Global Vision Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice as per the terms in the agreement. Upon termination, outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled in full.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
